Todd has 20% share in FMS, but they want to develop PIOP themself without rest of shareholders;
now we have no vote for 20%, can we do our option deal with other shareholders? for example we can give option to rest of shareholder like this:
1 we put fms on the open market to sell PIOP for 3 years, if no buyer we have other options;
2 other option are :
a) JV with Todd ;
b) JV with other miners;
c) develop ourself.
d) accept Tood option deal.
