At least some actual shareholders make a case, then are actually prepared to do something to protect their investment.
Again we need to clear up errors and innuendo.
A bit of research shows One can determine that only about 23% of FMS shares (not shareholders) actually vote at AGMs. That will not be the case here. It could get up to 50% this time given the importance of the vote, and the marketing from Todd and the letters from active, committed shareholders.
Within that 50% would be OCJ's block vote.
So clearly, every non-OCJ/non-Todd shareholders really does need to get out and vote.
The other point is, a number of shareholders have stated they have received phone calls from Todd's representatives.
So why would someone claim that these calls were "alien to the Todd Corporation" and that HC posters were "drama queens in here shouting over nothing."??
I believe that these posters/shareholders reports on HC are accurate. Why would there be any implication that these posters were anything less?
