30% increase in finance cost. Is that what generally happens for something like this?
However this doesn't wipe the company's value out. True, it's not great... but that's why this stock is so cheap, right?
I would think that with some good news (or any news that's not really bad) this stock would jump.
Downside is there... no profit and property values falling by 25% still leaves a P/B of 0.18.
But I think upside of them coming through this is substantial, and worth the risk.
