I too have got the third degree burn from Computershare in regards to the Tower rights issue. Computershare hide behind desk staff quoting their hands are tied due to the contract with their client (Tower in my case). It is evident that the desk jockies have not read the contract and are following water down hym sheets.
When I have complained in writting I get nothing back in writting.
Computershare's web site is aimed at the corporate account and forgets the people it deals with on mass is the clients owner.
Anyway, enough of my problem, I am interested if others have got "Poor Indirect Customer Service From Computershare" as if many have its about time we stand up to this.
