Stock holders will not be surprised to see that Engenco finished eighth on the ten worst performing stocks list on the ASX All Ords for 2012. No surprises here, but particularly galling to investors who paid 20 cents for Cootes on the basis of DBE's business reputation and track record to now see their investment worth(less) 1.8 cents.

Where did it all go wrong? No winners here except for DBE who will probably end up acquiring all the company assets for next to nothing. He will have to live with this blot on his business record and with his conscience!
