poor prospects

It seems to me that Chemeq has a good product, but I am puzzled why it has never sold well. Was it poor marketing? The writing was on the wall for me when they borrowed about 50 million to pay their debts, but they only had orders for 1 or 2 million sales. Is that what you call a cash flow problem? Phew. Glad I sold when it was $5. I hope they rise out of the ashes, but their Japanese lenders must have to be paid a large interest bill. Any one who can add further information is quite welcome.
