On the first matter - it is simply poor communication between the listed companies and the ASX. It happens suprisingly often (some partners go into pre and others dont, or the same announcement triggers multiple halts) and once, when I complained to the ASX, a very sincere gentleman called back and explained how those responsible can at times stuff up - and that they have the matter under review.

On the second point, it does not convey an impression of happy JV partners. WPL has a different offtake arrangement than ROC and HDR too.
