    Tiof holds the key to upside from here imo - my belief is that a confirmation of a phased development will be a strong signal for a re-rating....anything less and/or further uncertainty will be a recipie for a selldown. Why should the market be expected to be positive/upbeat if the JV is not? However Potter's indication in last week's open briefing is that a phased development is likely to occur...

    Does anyone know what day the JV meeting re: Tiof is scheduled?
