re: poor so far - lest we forget Share price will continue to move in $2.15 - $2.25 range until decision is announced regarding Tiof which is a dead certainty given the agreed settlement of the dispute. They can now confidently and accurately cost the project out.

When the testing program and additional well is drilled in Uganda then we will see some real share price action. I believe we will be close to $3.00 (if not past it) in 4 to 6 months time.

Should hear in first half of April new African acerage acquired. Decision of Guyanne won't be coming for a little while yet.
