You seem to forget the PRC through Bright Holdings are the majority shareholders of Synlait, with 51% of the Company. Also Synlait and the a2 Milk Company are New Zealand Companies, not Australian. They are however listed on the ASX.
As an investor you should know this and not get yourself in a knot. Relax and look forward to our inevitable rise to $8.00 and beyond.
