Not all that smart it would seem? Why wait till the tournament of the season to announce to the whole world that you are bored, and lacking motivation? Public humiliation at one's own hand! I guess he must now know what it feels like to engulf oneself in shame.

What an astounding master stroke (probably the best he played all match) a service break of mental agility on his part, to announce what every onlooker who isn't already lost to his cause can clearly see. The sad reality for him must now surely be; His admission translates thus - He hasn't got the temperment or the game to cut it at the top level.

I don't believe this is about boredom, rather it may be an affliction of another kind. I believe there could be some underlying confusion on his part between superior demeanor on one hand, and ability on the other.

What a poor young man. How can anyone help him?
