poor trading or capping

What do you make of that 2mill seller at the close?
This sort of thing has been going on for years in DRAgon. Either it's someone accumulating and they hoped to flush out some other sellers down to 8.8, 8.7 where there are a couple of good sized, round figure orders, (maybe their own?) or else it's just incompetent trading IMO. If you really want to clear a big position, let the stock run when it's finally trying to, and feed your stock in a bit at a time. If they would let this get clear of 9 cents it'd be up in the teens in no time (where lots of us feel it should be.) Then there would be more trader interest, and lots more opportunity to feed out of a big position. But stopping it in its tracks with a 2 million order is just madness.
No offence meant if its a fellow hotcopperite, but if it is, please explain yourself!
