So many Aussies (+ 1 US expat) giving anecdotal evidence as to how they purchased residential property (maybe some commercial) in Oz and the dealings they had with banks and valuers.
Nobody has as yet detailed how these Oz stories are related to how Government valuers (for property taxes, rates etc) in Palm Beach County valued a social club in Florida or US banks valued an office building in NY (size matters?).
Are the laws relating to Disgorgement the same in Australia and the US ?
Seems like deflection to me.
