This guy is a total disaster on two legs and infinitely worse than a mass murderer.
First, he puts unqualified slack security in charge of hotel quarantine, against the advice of the health authorities, and then when the virus escapes and infects the whole city all he has to say about it is "doh"!
Then he turns a blind eye to everyone turning up to work sick and when the virus explodes into the hospitals, meatworks, nursing homes, etc. all he has to say about it is "doh"!
Now with the virus going rampant and spreading like wildfire all he can say about it is "doh"!
Totally incompetent -> like a 4 year old driving a Mack B-Double down a busy shopping mall. If they don't lock him up soon the death toll will go astronomical and we will all be paying the price.
