For anyone that thinks WRM is a poorly run company on the back of raising money at a discount to the SP.
Just remember the following companies: Northern Star Mining, Wheaton Precious Metals and Franco Nevada.
They all have a history of raising money at discounted prices to the market. Where do you think they would sit now in the pecking order if they did not invest in their amazing portfolios?
WRM have a very large land package in Alaska that is clearly prospective and I am very happy that ambition is being shown by the board.
The acquisition of Austar is also an exciting prospect that if developed could yield cash flow that will no doubt be used for value adding exploration.
Not to forget Mt Carrington that has less risk going forward.
There is nothing that the Management have done that is not normal for what could turn out to be a very successful company indeed.If you cannot stand the thought of some dilution then maybe mining shares are just not for you?
