Took 24 hours for my coin spot account to be verified someone called me and had a verbal confirmation also, I asked if there wallet is safe for a long term investment and is there is protection from attacks ect they said email customer support and ask... And as long the bank account is in the user name transferring funds is easy, I'm still looking into and open to other methods
