"I just want a little balance in this forum, some of you have been arguing for years that Armageddon is always around the corner. I don't see the conditions for that to happen at the moment. Stagnation or mild decline in some areas, perhaps. Some markets will decline more so, but some may appreciate. Inner city looks pretty healthy to me."ACB

Inner city, acb, I think it's people buying and selling in the same market keeping prices where they are, watching it closely

Not long now, maybe 3-4 months in Melb will be a different story, the stars are aligning, quicker than I thought they might!
