You post is relevent to end user's IE Steel. China makes cheep steel because of a cheap labour force. it how ever buys the worlds Iron ore.
If we apply the same principle china makes good use of REE's and has been trying to get the worlds end REE users to move to china as they hold the majority. Through quotas they were forcing the worlds best inovators to move to china and then steal the technology.
The fact the LYC is a supplier of the raw material and end users dont want to give up there tech should see LYC in a good position wouldt you agree?
