REE is different because:
- Outside China they need a need reliable supply of REE.
- China also wants to use REE for it's own industries.
- Japan has a "prickly" relationship with China (see ref)
- USA want to be less dependant on China.
Lynas has strategic supply relationships which are customised to requirements.
As soon as Lynas has samples ready after it's first production run this month we will all find out more :)
