perhaps someone else has already answered this for you... if not, then allow me.
Who says we are actually taking on China with LYC ? Does it come from the Chinese government itself ? Nope.
Who says that China is not keen to have another source of R/E's so that other countries will get off it's back about limiting it's production and export ?
When you have evidence of the questions above that lead me to think we are really 'taking on China', then come back to me with your question.
