    POP is cheap for a reason or two. Burning cash in a big way. Haven't met any revenue targets - actually not generating any. Big wages. No relevant experience. History of poor communication to the market. Management unresponsive to shareholders. All the legal firms supplying info are on contra deals.

    POP could end up being successful but it is going to burn through a lot of cash in doing so.
