    Really shows how limited your thinking is Javanco when you call for deregulated land supply. The state governments can't afford to fully fund infrustructure now as the Urban spread is huge. With deregulated land supply who will fund it, If you call for you must have some answers ? Its bad enough in Melborne with regulated land releases in specific growth corridors with Bottle necks for traffic and public transport unable to cope. Now you want open it up for anyone to develop anywhere. You have some probing thoughts and can see your ideas but I doubt you have given any in depth thought to the reasons why land release is regulated through growth corridors.

    On the Negative gearing if you sorted out the tax system NG would be unattractive refer to a very good post by UT on this.
