    yes virtual
but not all can be expected to walk at the same pace
one step at a time, and sometimes it is one step backwards, for every two that are forward
was considering recently that "God" knows everything and is everywhere, yet has no sense organs and is not a person and any naming convention is, ultimately, irrelevant.
when the "He" is dropped, we can then stop looking at other beings as he she based on genitalia and hair style. Some so-called men are more feminine that some so-called women.
And furthermore, we can see the suffering that we cause by accepting conventions as absolutes rather than imaginary tools.
australian, african, asian, human, primate, insect - all conventions
all beings are essentially the same - wanting to be happy and healthy and not suffer.
and, note that being is a verb, not a noun
we may not think of the liver as a conscious being, but it is a manifestation of incredible consciousness.
is there a law or criminal sentence for those that disrespect harm the liver? - you can bet your life there is.
i think that the so-called lower levels of organisms are way more in tune with the It, than many humans are, with their academic/technological knowledge and pathological stupidity.

one verse i particularly like is
Seek ye first the kingdom of God, And His righteousness, And all these things shall be added unto you.
Of course we can do away with the word His.
But once you spot that that word is irrelevant, then you will start to notice that more words are irrelevant, and then eventually that all words are insubstantial and scripture/language is no longer necessary for non-you, because there is an experiential, non-personal knowing, that transcends the shadows on the cave wall.

recently watched a slot on seventh day adventist tv (they are becoming very on to it with respect to health issues/information) where kenneth copeland was siding with the pope in ecumenicism - it was technically portrayed as a bad thing, but i think that it could be a good thing, at least for some.

A lot of religion (habits and rituals) is good, but it could be a lot better if the notions of a personal god and his creation were gradually, and thoughtfully/reasonably, discarded

    Is not God light?
All things are said to be a manifestation of the broken symmetry of mass-less photons (energy)

it it a mere random coincidence that the words, lite, and light, sound the same?
does not harming other beings (even the beings that compose one's human body) create heaviness?
