As if anyone would choose to be a homosexual in our narrow minded society. Homosexuality is found in almost if not all species. You either are or have an inclination to be and praying or counselling can't make one straight anymore than a true hetrosexual being attracted sexually to the same sex.

I have known of people who have been in denial for most of their lives...very nice, decent people who are now very happy in homosexual relationships. It was society and the pressure to get married that made them marry - and being in denial.

If we were more open minded as a society to learn from nature instead, there wouldn't have been so many gay men entering the Catholic priesthood to avoid marriage in the past.
