Hey 696969,
Next time you walk past one of those signs could you please pop in and ask about what services are being offered and post your findings here, if the company is e-pay Asia or Euronet?
The strange this is, there's no mention of any of this on e-pay Asia's website or annual report to shareholders thus leads me to believe it may be one of Euronet's entities which has zip to do with e-pay Asia Ltd.
