Last I saw Nahabedian had 13.8mil left as at 17/10.
We've seen 100k blocks sold between 10/09 and 17/10
Nahabedian's number stayed at 13.8m during this period so somebody else is selling down 100k blocks.
Do we know who it is?
Oceanic had less than 10mil in July so is it still them?
If so how do we know they have 8mil or less to go?
