That news from "the old dart" about Chinguetti being ahead of schedule is great news, If not completely ready then at least they will be testing the equipment late this year and filling up the first tanker in the process, that news alone will get attention, although I suspect that the SP will have already risen by September in anticipation of production.
Of course if new discoveries are made the SP could fly much earlier, also looking forward to Matamata news.
