Yes rosterm, Japan is already having some issues. However, I believe that's one reason why they are so focused on developing robots. They are already being used in a variety of places, including home. I mean the humanoid type of robots. That may be one way out for the rest of us once we reach critical shortages of serviceable people. They still have a long way to go but it won't be too far away before we see robots working next to humans in many places. It's just a matter of time.
