There are numerous suburbs and towns that will experience very high population growth within 5-10 years due to an influx of adult Australian residents-not babies or immigrants.
Therefore this phenomenon will increase the demand for property in such areas very quickly.
I could list several locations. But judging from your tone, and previous posts, I don't think you are a property investor or planning to invest in property.
