SP has been moving steadily upwards lately, perhaps in anticipation of incoming cash from CXM's joint venture with chinese steel major, WISCO?
Once CXM is paid nearly $60 million (of a total $180 million) in accordance with the JV i can see nothing standing in the way of CXM begginning exporting sustainably and its SP rising in reflection of that fact.
