Its a nice strategy to gradually push the share price down. They see how far they can go on low volume and this is done mostly when the general market sentiment is negative to get you to sell. If you check the sell side, there is nothing. So once they have reached there limit, it will snap back up with just one purchase of 50,000 shares.
