Yes, the box has been ticked in the half yearly report for "The accounts have been subject to review". However, if you scroll to the bottom of the half yearly report, you will also find the "Independent Auditor’s Review Report" which has already been completed and signed off by Bentleys.
As far as having a full audit on half yearly accounts, it is not always a necessity, as long as an independent review is completed on the half yearly report
