3 tablespoons Dejon.
1 tablespoon anchovy sauce.
½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.

Sauce:
Fry 2 diced shallots.

Then add the following:
2 cups chicken stock.
A few splashes soy.
A few splashes Worcester.
A few splashes brandy.
3 bay.
1 sprig thyme.

Serve with cream and egg yolk.
