Citrus juice.
Rice wine.
Soy sauce.
Worcestershire.
Xo sauce.
Then coat in dry rice flour and ‘some’ of the following:
Garlic powder.
Old bay.
Salt and pepper.
Smoked paprika.
Zest.
In a wok fry in 5 mm of oil.
