sure why not have 5 sets or more of menus in the hospital to pander to different groups -- a buddhist menu, a christian menu (?), a kosher one, a moslem non-porker one, one for the vegans and another for those who worship all things organic - the mother earth the GAIA god.
next thing will be - those who want to eat ham must do so in a special enclosure so as not to offend those in the same room or ward.
In 'multiculural' Malaysia - you cannot eat pork in a public place such as a food court/shopping centre. Pork must not be displayed in such eateries although you can consume pork in/within the individual shop lot.
