Now having all the facts this morning regarding the ATC Program, I was disgusted with this company's credibility and immediately sold out.
It is now very clear that we have been led up the garden path for some considerable time. Investors in AVX were not provided with a fair dinkum and full disclosure to make an investment decision. Rather they were provided with ongoing ramping reports that lacked transparency and were devoid of essential facts.
It seems to me that under these circumstances, a no win no fee class action would be the way to go to recoup losses.
