he doesn't exactly says they have access to the area to drill. he said they managed to inspect the area with the farmer and they are ready to drill it in the coming season.
not very clear if all the access to drill has been resolved. to me, it sounds like the farmer is friendly now and SVY thinks they will be able to negotiate access deal.
Being ready to do damage and the farmer giving them access is not same. SVY can be ready but if the farmer is not then bad luck. I still remember how long it took to get proper access to the southern paddock while CC was sending similar signals as if they had proper access.

I think it comes down to agreeing on price. around $20k??

why can't he just say it clearly - SVY has negotiated access.
