Given Utah is a public port and that MOL has gained access, this should reflect postively on UMC's access talks.

One is mystified though why the Utah talks are not mentioned in the annual report. Page 9 of the report under 'development planning' only makes reference to the interest they have lodged for the facilities to be built in the inner harbour - operational in 2013.
