I see it the other way. Getting an MOU or a pilot agreement of some sort is the easy part. It's like signing up to netflix for the 3 month free trial.
Only then does the hard work start. System integration, staff training, debugging etc. Theres other considerations too. Does any of the clients hardware require updating? Etc This is why the role out period takes so long before we see revenue flow
