U3962521, You are correct demand is expeced to pick up. However at same time new supply is also expected to increase. The CAPEX for new graphite mines is low enough that investors will adde new graphite mining capasity faster then demand growth. Thus keeping graphite selling prices low which results in Syrah not generating the cash flow necessary to support their exsisting market value today or in tbe future.
