Total myth. Startup graphite miners cannot get funding as Syrah has preempted them (read industry materal with many potential startups not getting funding). It is expected that about 2022 demand will skyrocket and prices will go up (similar to iron ore when China was building cities out). At that point funding will be enabled and a two year window will be needed to get to production.
