Sir you are incorrect...depends on the customer terms (i.e. CIF Port / Customer Plant, DDU, DDP, C&F)...99.9% of all graphite customers do not procure their own logistics.
I would recommend updating your graphite customer research before making such a broad based claim.
Have you reviewed the actual Syrah contracts (if they do exist) to support your position? In the 25+ years I have been in the graphite industry, not the norm.
