I wonder if they will do a backflip on legislation once this plant is complete as well, removing the 5% mandate..
Can the ARW plant be repurposed in the event they need to use different input products? I imagine not (or not easily), but it seems the situation with tallow isn't going to change any time soon. Wondering what the long term plan is, indeed I guess everyone is :).
