I think you're right about the s/p manipulation. In a way it gives you some confidence that shares are at the bottom and consolidating, but how long is anyone's guess.
For the ordinary trader it is hard to buy at 0.035 only to see it come back to 0.034 or 0.0345. And with 11.000.000 or so buyers before you at 0.034
who know when your order can be taken???.
