Please read my earlier posts (like you said do some homework). I previously stated that "local" may mean state or "local" may mean Australia. My point remains that I don't believe SA GOV or Gupta will provide funding to a project outside of SA, support with approvals yes, funding no. Only my opinion.

Tip- Just because a person does analytical research including SWOT analysis looking at risks and threats does not mean it is down ramping.Your beloved Tran did the same thing, saw the risks and sold out.
