HIO is last on the rank - the action will be SA first second and third as there are so many green resources closer wholly in SA. SA owes NSW no favours as Broken Hill should have been in SA but the state boundaries avoided that, so NSW scored all the silver lead and zinc royalties from the richest mine in Au.
That is a lot of water under the bridge a long time ago but do not expect SA to forgive and forget.
HIO is poorly located.
