You are not serious surely. Even I gave you some credit before that sentence.

ABC cannot use TRUTH as a defence. They will not even attempt to as the judge will not even allow that to be presented. ABC's defence will always be that they were not the first to link a "male MP" with the alleged rape. It was well known who the person was long before ABC ran the story and Porter outed himself.
