It was an attempt to have a one sided trial by media instead of a court trial and the ABC knew it would never stand up in court.
This happened so long a go and the victim was not around to give evidence and she had asked them not to proceed but he so called friends decide to against her wishes,regardless of what anyone thinks he is untitled to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty but the ABC has finished his career because they believe he is guilty.
