Clive is going for $300 billion. He lost the $30 billion case against the WA govt and now upping the anti tenfold against the federal govt. I doubt it is about the money at all.....a bloke such as Clive never wants to lose a case.
If Australia loses this case then we can simply scrap the sub deal.
