The ABC wanted to destroy his career because they new a legal case would not stand up so they circumvented the legal system to get him. The ABC needs to be pulled into gear for this and other programs where they deny people justice because they are to big to fail and there are no checks and balances on what they do,you can have your reputation trashed and unless you are a millionaire you can't proceed this is no way for a public broadcaster to behave.
